COVID-19 is the official term for the disease that is caused by SARS-Cov-2, one kind of coronavirus. It has caused deaths across the globe and illnesses to those who survived. All of this can be done at home by taking medicines and resting, making sure that the body is healthy as well as the immune system. This is also the reason why people, at the start of the pandemic, were advised to stay indoors, have separate rooms away from their family if they are sick, and to contact and seek medical help as soon as the patient starts to notice the symptoms.   

Are there vaccines?  

There are already available effective vaccines that are also authorized to use including Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, and Sinovac (China-made). While these vaccines have different efficacy rates, they can effectively reduce fatal symptoms, preventing death, if someone caught the coronavirus. As of now, millions of people have already been vaccinated.

  • Do not panic  
  • Make your physical body healthy by doing exercise  
  • Eat healthy food   


No one was ready when the pandemic happened. Most world leaders were caught off guard and people were shocked with the changes are still happening because of the pandemic. However, it is our responsibility to be proactive in these trying times.
